1857 Spirits Barbers Farm Distillery Beginning in 1857, six generations of the Barber family have farmed in the heart of the Schoharie Valley and Barber's Farm Distillery produces exceptional vodka with ingredients not available to any other distillery. They use only potatoes grown on their family farm and water from their own spring to create 1857 Vodka of singular quality in the Barber family tradition of excellence. New and creative hand-crafted beverages. Serious Brewing Co. is a NYS Farm Brewery offering New York State farm produced beers, ciders, spirits, and wines. They take great pride in their beers. When they came up with a great recipe, they did not stop there. They made little tweaks here and there, trying a different yeast here, a different hop there, and different grains until they had a world class beer. A must-try!

Middleburgh Winery
They are an on-farm winery specializing in 18 handcrafted varietal wines. They grow their own grapes in their vineyard and produce their wines in their own processing room. Their comfortable tasting room boasts a patio with a luscious view of the vineyard making the winery a destination where you can escape life and relax for a while.
