RevSpirits
Revolutionary Spirits, located in Jefferson, NY, is a New York State Farm Distillery that creates rich, finely crafted spirits using raw local honey as its primary source. All our spirits are small batch. To us, that means attention to detail, quality control and time-honored distilling methods. With every bottle, we recognize the vital role that bees play in our local ecosystem and in the global food web. Visit our farm stand set on the edge of a picturesque field overlooking Mount Jefferson and taste our spirits - surprisingly not sweet - yet definitely kissed by the bees. Become a part of our growing story.
BeeLine Meadery is the first Grown & Certified Meadery in NYS
Come see us at The BeeYard for cocktails, mead, beers & snacks.
