Sauvage Distillery
Upstate Vodka distinguishes itself by using apples instead of traditional grains, resulting in a unique flavor profile. The process starts with pressing the apples to create cider, which then undergoes fermentation in tanks—a step that requires significantly more time compared to grain-based vodkas. This extended fermentation process highlights Upstate Vodka’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship, proving that great taste is worth the wait.
